HL-Technik in Munich was commissioned by the client of the two high-rise buildings in Berlin to plan and tender for the technical building equipment such as heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical engineering and fire extinguishing systems and to supervise and handle the installation. B+H was awarded the partial contract for planning, calculating and drawing up the specifications for the high-pressure water mist extinguishing systems and for the pressure boosting systems for the internal hydrants.

In doing so, the group guidelines of Milan-based Pirelli as well as the specifications of the American property insurer must be observed.
